Lo har\u00e1 por tramos y, por el momento, <b>el reglamento eFTI no representar\u00e1 la digitalizaci\u00f3n obligatoria en el transporte, sino un primer paso para que las administraciones la impulsen<\/b>: en agosto de 2015, las autoridades competentes deber\u00e1n poder aceptar la informaci\u00f3n reglamentaria comunicada por v\u00eda electr\u00f3nica; y antes de 2029, la Comisi\u00f3n presentar\u00e1 un informe en el que est\u00e1 previsto que se establezca la obligatoriedad de la documentaci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p id=\"8755\">Los planes de Bruselas para digitalizar el transporte se focalizan, por tanto, en la administraci\u00f3n, ya que considera que uno de los principales obst\u00e1culos era \u201cel escaso y diverso grado de aceptaci\u00f3n de las autoridades de los documentos o informaci\u00f3n que las empresas facilitan por v\u00eda electr\u00f3nica\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p id=\"8755\">Un problema que, en opini\u00f3n de la propia Comisi\u00f3n, est\u00e1 motivado por un \u201cmarco jur\u00eddico fragmentado que establece obligaciones inconsecuentes\u201d para las autoridades y, por otra parte, por \u201cun entorno de TI fragmentado caracterizado por una multitud de sistemas o soluciones no interoperables para el intercambio electr\u00f3nico de documentaci\u00f3n e informaci\u00f3n relacionada con el transporte, tanto para la comunicaci\u00f3n entre las empresas y la administraci\u00f3n como entre las empresas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p id=\"ab4e\">Solucionar estas trabas supondr\u00eda un ahorro millonario para todos los actores vinculados al transporte. <strong>Las estimaciones ofrecidas por la Comisi\u00f3n Europea apuntan a un beneficio de hasta 27.000 millones de euros en los pr\u00f3ximos 20 a\u00f1os<\/strong>, como consecuencia de la reducci\u00f3n de la carga administrativa que posibilita la digitalizaci\u00f3n, lo que equivale a un ahorro de entre 75 y 102 millones de horas de trabajo al a\u00f1o, seg\u00fan c\u00e1lculos recogidos en el reglamento.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph
