Seg\u00fan las <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.emcs.es\/Emcs\/Sistemas_de_Control_de_Movimientos_de_Impuestos_Especiales\/_menu_\/EMCS_INTRACOMUNITARIO\/Informacion_tecnica\/Servicios_web__Documentacion_tecnica_FASE_4\/Servicios_web__Documentacion_tecnica_FASE_4.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nuevas normas<\/a><\/span>, los operadores que muevan estas mercanc\u00edas entre los Estados miembros ya no tendr\u00e1n que acompa\u00f1arlas con declaraciones f\u00edsicas impresas, sino que bastar\u00e1 con enviar la informaci\u00f3n de forma digital al sistema de control de movimientos de impuestos especiales (EMCS) de la UE.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img
