El texto, que pasa ahora a manos del Parlamento Europeo y el Consejo de la Uni\u00f3n Europea, incluye la creaci\u00f3n de una nueva Autoridad Aduanera que supervisar\u00e1 un Centro Aduanero de Datos, en el que las empresas podr\u00e1n registrar toda la informaci\u00f3n sobre su cadena de suministro en un \u00fanico portal<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4016\" src=\"https:\/\/freightol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/1-Aduanas-reofrma-europa-freightol.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"669\" srcset=\"https:\/\/freightol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/1-Aduanas-reofrma-europa-freightol.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/freightol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/1-Aduanas-reofrma-europa-freightol-300x201.jpg 300w, https:\/\/freightol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/1-Aduanas-reofrma-europa-freightol-768x514.jpg 768w, https:\/\/freightol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/1-Aduanas-reofrma-europa-freightol-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Las auditores de la UE observan deficiencias en el programa OEA\u00a0<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Tribunal de Cuentas Europeo ha emitido un <\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.eca.europa.eu\/ECAPublications\/SR-2023-13\/SR-2023-13_EN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">informe que eval\u00faa la figura del Operador Econ\u00f3mico Autorizado (OEA)<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, en el que detecta que los Estados miembros no otorgan de manera uniforme todos los beneficios asociados a este estatus.
